They'll move ahead, if anything, Republican Senators are probably glad to get the President off of them and into his own Twitter universe. How they'll do is another story, but notice they do have a way of sneaking things thru under the radar when attention is focused elsewhere

Obama's accomplishments will win out eventually no matter what. Even were there to be a repeal and we go back to the old free for all insurance based system where sick people can't get care and healthy boys who ride motorcycles turn into expensive quads or get cancer w/o insurance
and burden everyone, the megatrend will always press toward eventual single payer. And when it does, President Obama will always be the historical seminal leader who took the first step, due credit to Hillary and her great efforts as first lady nothwithstanding. So Im not worried about
