At least Clinton remembers that he got the same treatment. Now if he just realized that Bush got it, as well. Conspiracy? It's just the nature of politics.

Bill Clinton says a vast, right-wing conspiracy that once targeted him is now focusing on President Barack Obama.

The ex-president made the comment in a television interview when he was asked about one of the signature moments of the Monica Lewinsky affair over a decade ago. Back then, first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton used the term "vast, right-wing conspiracy" to describe how her husband's political enemies were out to destroy his presidency.

No, his would have been a "Vast Left Wing Conspiracy." Same sort of thing though, accuse him of being a fascist (the left does not use socialist/communist because that would piss off many of their supporters), draw mustaches on him, etc.

I agree. Indeed, I fear a backlash on the racist card. To disagree with Obama is to be labeled a racist. Thus the term loses all meaning. Are there racists? Indeed. Is everyone that disagrees with his policies racists? No. They just disagree with his policies.

Are blacks racists? All? No, but some, indeed. Same with Asians, Hispanics, Eastern Europeans, Western Europeans, Americans of all hues.
 
Indeed, and we have seen examples of all types of racism, from the Balkans to Rwanda, to the way ethnic minorities are treated in the southern provinces of Mexico.

How could anyone have seen Dumbya's dunce-like performances in the 2000 debates, and even remotely considered him qualified to run the nation?

Here's what I don't get. Republicans, overwhelmingly, voted for the worst president in modern american history, not just once, not just twice, not just thee times, but four times. If you include both elections, and two republican primaries.

How did the republican base come to think - four times - that Dumbya was the best person to run the nation? Yo, that's somebody's PhD dissertation right there.

I would guess that Obama was elected because, at the time, there were more sensible people than stupid people in America. First time since Clinton got in!

If Republican Americans honestly think that by trying to discredit Obama their country will emerge faster from the economic disaster, in part caused by republican policies, they really do need locking up for their own safety.
