What's that saying about insanity? Are we yet again proposing war on a small country that we're "sure" is utterly crazy and unpredictable? The same thing and expecting different results. Interesting.
 
As expected, the libs here have a wait and see attitude, even though we have a near 60 year commitment to South Korea and Americans on the front line.

You can't throw a brick without hitting an american on the "front line" somewhere. And outside a nuclear strike, south Korea is more than capable of taking North Korea to the cleaners, without China's support, the North Koreans can be ignored.

Fear not. China will let the little tit strut for a while but let him know they are watching. The Chinese will use 'persuasion' to make him toe the line. As it is they turn a blind eye to NKs escaping into China across the river.
The only thing Americans need worry about is the government imposed fear that, for a while, will concentrate on NK. Next week you will be told to fear someone else. Whoever they decide it will always be Emmanuel Goldstein.

I think it is mainly about showing the military what a strongman he is, they would be fucked without the Chinese. I hope I am around to see the day when the North Koreans wake up and realise they have been lied to for so many years. Has the CIA got any exploding Scotch whisky.
