Sydney Spies is an 18-year-old senior at Durango High School in Colorado, but her classmates may not have a picture to remember her by in the yearbook.
The reason the yearbook editors say, is that the senior photo she submitted is too sexy. The photo shows Spies in a short yellow skirt and midriff baring, strapless top.
Spiers calls the photo “artistic.”
“As seniors we all have a right to express who we want to be. There are students with their footballs if they like sports. And if I’m into modeling why should I be censored for that?”
