Everything. The ACA is important for the poor. You have benefited from it. The idea of not being rejected for pre existing conditions came from it. Kids being insured til 26 on parents plan is another. Trump just passed a tax bill that rewards the rich. He is so proud of that. He announced it at Mira Lago. People on Medicare get a physical every year without copays. Trump will bulldoze the poor.

why do you assume blacks are poor......and I certainly didn't benefit from the ACA.......my insurance premiums doubled the first year and another 20% the second year.....the third year Humana cancelled my plan completely......fortunately, I went on Medicare that year because I turned 65.......your claim I benefited from it is an outright lie.....I had a child who was 25 when it passed......she had a policy that covered her for $100 a month.....when Obamacare passed I called my insurance company and told them she had to be included in my plan......they agreed and raised my premiums $100......I complained......they said they were allowed to do that.......so how much did it benefit me?.......

If you care for the poor as much as you claim, why weren't you paying their premiums for them before Obamacare?

I've never been rejected for a pre-existing condition.

How is a kid being insured until 26 a good thing? A kid that was married living on his/her own could still be on their parents insurance. Shouldn't someone old enough to be married be old enough to take responsibility for him/herself? I think so but apparently Liberals don't.

Don't consider it bulldozing the poor because it's not. Consider it an opportunity for all you bleeding hearts to prove the compassion you so quickly claim when it comes to spending other people's money for what you say should be done while refusing to do it yourself. If you're not willing to do what you believe should be done yourself, don't demand the rest of us do it so you can take credit for it.

I'm trying to figure out how it benefited me, too.
 
The ACA is important for the poor. Where does that say black? Now that Trump is in, you will get a huge increase in health insurance costs to compensate for the removal of the mandate. We need single payer so insurance companies can quit looting us. Your company cheated you. that must be good. And again,. you think only about you. There are millions who benefited. You did, but don't know it. Get sick and let the insurance company teach you about Rescission. They are actually in health care denial business. They make more money by fighting you to get what you pay for. When you give up phoning over and over, they make more profits. They will deny claims on unrelated previous illnesses and conditions. The ACA started us in the right direction. Trump is putting us back 10 years.
