Inauguration speeches are usually done in lieu of SOTU speeches. And SOTU speeches are often given in January, some in February, and one was not given in 2017 though Trump did have a speech before a joint session.

There is no annual requirement for the State of the Union speech.

Constitution: the president “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.”

A President doesn't give a state of the union speech in his first year.
Some have recently, but that broke long standing protocols.

He should do it on close circuit anyway.
The in-person ones get more hostile every year.
That much seething hatred in one room is too much, but at least on camera, it would be Joey with Nancy and Kamala sitting behind him.

You are a crazy righty to be sure. Gas was at 3.55 today. The state of union speech will be done at the proper time. Biden has been in just a bit over a month. Even you might be able to figure out it is too soon. Biden has been fixing Trump's messes. The constitution says they must be given from time to time. Daffy did not even give one in 2017.
