Okay, the country (if not the world) is going to hell in a handbasket (politically, socially, economically, ecologically), yet commercial TV is inundated with advertisements by mournful sounding narrators for stopping abuse of dogs and busty babes hawking a chewing gum p**** pumper (I kid you not!).
