Most countries don't have DST.

"Only about one-third of the world's countries observe daylight saving time (DST), and most of those are in Europe:
  • North America: Most of the United States and Canada, except for Hawaii and Arizona
  • Europe: Most of Europe, with the exceptions of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Iceland, Russia, and Turkey
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: Some countries in this region observe DST
  • Africa: Egypt is the only African country that observes DST
Many countries have stopped observing DST in recent years, including:
Azerbaijan, Iran, Jordan, Namibia, Russia, Samoa, Syria, Turkey, Uruguay, and Most of Mexico. "

Top priority, probably get “breaking news” coverage on Fox

Well, at least it is something Trump can ACHIEVE (possibly) and it WON'T wind up bankrupting people like most of his other campaign promises.

In reality this is something that a functional government SHOULD be able to pass and should have passed YEARS ago. This is absurd.

The fact that the POTUS is now acting like he's gonna be on the case from day 1 is just pathetic.

As you get closer to the equator, the benefits of DST lesson greatly, so i certainly understand the people in the global south not having DST.

There isn't anything more wrong with daylight savings time than their is with any relative time logistical 24/7 mantra. Life evolves never leaving anything occupying space the same results twice every rotation of the planet said object or person, place, thing exists daily between and among generation gaps alive now.

Obviously you don't ponder life beyond humanity's definitions of how to save tomorrow today. there are 7 names used 52 times a year for each rotation completed so far.

In each rotation forward the same 24 longitudes(hourly time zones) and 23 latitudes(daily temperate zones) with 4 seasons happening 8 times in those 52 weeks nothing of everything existing is same details each of the 7 days a week since each reproduction was added to its ancestral lineages of current 5 generation gaps alive.

Specific gravity of the situation of living spontaneously unique and simultaneously here in this atmosphere as displaced by relative time semantics life isn't self evident positions adapting to the moment here so far as equally inhabiting space as individual performing social consensus daily.

So Cheeto Jesus is gonna make it dark all the time? :rofl2:
Reasonable doubt is used to make ancestors regret living equally alive daily. That is pretty dark history of humanity since dawn of civilization casting a shadow on how evolving works in plain sight daily.
