[FONT="]Three Greene County residents are accused of entering about a dozen churches in Greene, Ulster and Albany counties and stealing collection boxes and other property, according to the Daily Freeman.Reginald M. Bonneau, 30, of Cairo, was arrested Wednesday and charged with nine felony counts of burglary, according to state police news release. Jennifer Hall, 33, of Greenville, and April Smith, 18, of Cairo, both were arrested Tuesday. They are charged with two felony counts of burglary.State police investigator Peter Kusminsky told the Daily Freeman that churches often don't lock their doors and also reluctant to report crimes out of sympathy for the perpetrators.The suspects are also accused of stealing candles and other items like pots and pans from the churches.Police did not state how much money was stolen.Smith and Hall were arraigned in Cairo Town Court and sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail each.Bonneau was arraigned in the same court and jailed without bail.
