  Before even beginning to write, think about if you actually have a point.
• Be Constructive, sensible, avoid logical fallacies
  If you're just having a cognitive dissonance stress reaction due to your idiotic ideas being rejected, posting may not be best for you at that juncture.
  
• Reread
  Read it again. see if it's actually conforms the suggestions previously given. And if not...
• Maybe don't post it
  Maybe don't post it.
