Supreme Court allows Trump to restart swift deportation of migrants away from their home countries​

WASHINGTON (AP) — A divided Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to restart swift removals of migrants to countries other than their homelands, lifting for now a court order requiring they get a chance to challenge the deportations.

The high court majority did not detail its reasoning in the brief order, as is typical on its emergency docket. All three liberal justices joined a scathing dissent from Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin suggested third-country deportations could restart soon. “Fire up the deportation planes,” she said in a statement, calling the decision “a victory for the safety and security of the American people.”

I don't see the need for "away from their home countries"

Put them on a boat and dump them on the country they claim to come from. If that country threatens force, threaten to occupy it to recoup losses.

Can you imagine how France would react if americans kept showing up in France and we used the coast guard to block french ships from returning them?

The country of origin should be paying for the return of the people, nations are responsible for the actions of their citizens. If the world doesn't like that rule it can't complain about sovereignty.

And "planes", so expensive. It is not acceptable that people cost Americans $$$ and the worst that happens to them is a free ride home.


It goes to show that now matter how far backward you bend from sanity, the propagandized horde will still fight you just as hard. There is no reason to compromise with them since the fight isn't any easier.

How is it taking constitutional rights away? If your here illegally and your home country doesn't want you, send your illegal ass somewhere that'll take you. Besides, our constitution doesn't cover lawbreaking illegal foreigners.
 
This ruling by the Supreme Court Court is a very big deal.

It means the end of the grand scheme by the far left Democratic Socialist loons to import millions of illegals for their votes and more congressional seats.

In the process of opening the border, scores of Americans have been assaulted, raped and murdered by illegals who have no legal right to be in America.

This will not be forgotten, it will be revisited in 2026.
