A new post-debate poll from YouGov released Saturday found that 8% of voters said the pop superstar’s nod is either “somewhat” or “much more likely” to convince them to cast their ballot for the Democrat. But a whopping 20% said they are “somewhat” or “much less likely” to vote for former President Donald Trump’s opponent now that Swift has spoken.

This new YouGov poll that headlines: "Harris Surges to Five Point Lead....."? Your source, an in-the-tank-for-Trump "news" site, failed to link the poll for some reason. The contention that while Harris is taking a five percent lead, twenty (20%) percent of her voters are ditching her because of a pop singer's endorsement is absurd on its face.

Yes it is wishful thinking to think that her endorsement will help the drowning Harris campaign. Taylor endorse Joe Biden when he had dementia. Swift is a high school graduate that is best at singing about failed relationships. She isn't good at understanding politics. She really is not very smart.

But she has millions of followers, and to say that someone who creates and controls her own music beginning to end “isn’t very smart” is idiocy
