TACO!!

You believe that? Have you taken your family to Japan? Havana? Spain? France?Colombia? California x3? Yellowstone?
About 25 countries that do not include Columbia or Cuba. How about Australia? Once with the family and my three children all went after they were married. My Son-in-Law was going to do his PhD there but I talked my daughter out of it.

Did you kiss Fidel's butt before he died?

Your travel dollars helped support the Communist bastard.

Fidel was dead.

So you waited till the kids could pay for themselves…

I've been to Australia, twice. It was fun, but too much like home to be an adventure vacation. Its like going to England and believing you experienced a foreign culture.

I would not return unless I had a good reason.

I love to experience different ways of living and different cultures. I especially enjoy Latin American culture for the fun and lively way of living.

I did something you can never do, I went to the USSR, what was then Leningrad and what is still Moscow. Learned a lot one could never learn by staying home and reading the news about the Cold War.

Travel to different cultures is the best education about our world, one that cannot be obtained by watching TV or traveling to former English colonies exclusively.

I can go to the Russian Federation anytime I care to.

I don't care to.

I did communicate with the VOR (Voice of Russia) for a while.

Made friends with their English translator and their political editor.

I have spoken with hundreds of Russian amateur radio operators.

I was invited to give an audio interview on the great Russian writer...Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn but I declined. True story.

I have been to the Arctic...Greenland and Resolution Island.
