I have a small chunk of target stock (TGT)that I bought a few months ago for 72 bucks per share. The price jumped up into the mid $80s not too long ago, but yesterday it jumped up to $100. I wish all my picks worked out like this...

You should have bought Beyond Meat when it listed. Started at $38 bucks; currently at $151.57.

That would be pretty nice, but even this nice little target ride is more luck than I am used to.
