How about this for a tax increase that specifically impacts the rich.

Impose a 90% tax on speeches given for more than $10,000 per speech.

Obviously Joe Six Pack isn't doing this, so it would 100% impact the rich.

What say ye my friends on the left? Do you support this tax increase on the rich?
