GAWD, I just saw what the temp is where you live. Of course I've seen it higher years ago. We are spoiled here.

Thank God for that. When I flew into Texas and got off the plane, I thought I would die from the humidity. It's a beautiful state, but..........

I may only turn on the heat 3 or 4 times during the winter. But my a/c has not shut off since May. lol

But maybe I shouldn't have the thermostat set on 60 degrees during the summer?

I imagine where you live you need the A/C. I would go crazy if I couldn't open the windows and smell the fresh air, summer or winter.

Hey, if you need it on 60 degrees, go for it. Are your utilities high? They are astronomical here and have been for years.
