Corporate tax giveaways were supposed to act as 'rocket fuel for the economy'.
They created no jobs (as CEOs admitted before the tax cuts were enacted) and resulted in share buybacks and higher dividends and bonuses.
trump had a chance to bring manufacturing back to the nation. He could have offered zero taxation for corps. who do all manufacturing here, and higher taxes for those who don't.
Instead, now corporations pay no taxes. In fact, Amazon got refunds for many years.
