This, is there a link to a quote where he says that? I haven't been able to find it.

I will look and see if I can find the quote. It was in the Anniston Star.

I saw the quote of him not guaranteeing a fair trial, in print, not online. The rest of my accusations against him are recent and well documented.

I have a few friends who may be able to find it.

I have liked what I have seen from some of the Tea Party groups. They have tried to start a grassroots movement to protest overtaxation and are trying to bring the voice of the people back to our gov't.

I like some of it until I saw the list for featured speakers at the Tea Party Event in Collinsville AL.

If you want to say you are trying to help all american citizens, you need to make sure (former judge) Roy Moore is not a featured speaker.

If you want to get people to believe you hold the US Constitution in high regard, you need to distance yourself from Roy Moore.

Scum like that is not doing us any good.
That's one of the problems I have with the tea party. Lets be honest about them. They (the tea party) is not protesting over taxation, taxation is progresively fair and is at historic lows. Considering the level of services which the American public is demanding from government, at current tax rates, it's also not sustainable.

I really find this hypocritical as hell from the tea party (and a good portion of the american public).

I'll ask the tea baggers this. In order to maintain our current level of taxation, to make it sustainable. Would they be willing to cut defense spending in half? Most of our defense spending is wasted money anyways. It's predominantly spent on imperialist efforts, fighting a cold war that's been over for more than 20 years and in corporate welfare for defense companies. I think this is a reasonable proposition and that it's also high time this nation listened to Eisenhower's advise about the military industrial complex.

How many teabaggers would be willing to do this?
