I’m a teacher. I don’t pretend that this doesn’t happen. Even in our small school I have known of 2 cases in my 34+ years. Both male teachers were discharged and necessary charges filed. Bad deal. Black eye on the profession and very scandalous, especially in a small community.

Interestingly, in one case the teacher and student involved are married…some 18 years now.

I do wish they’d catch them all.
