Constance Robertson, 25, is charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

The incident was reportedly recorded on the student's cell and shared with other students.

The school immediately reported the allegation to police.

According the the School Board, Robertson has been working for the school system since May, 2017.

The teacher reportedly told officers that she thought the student was 18.

47-year-old teacher William Self Jr. was arrested following complaints of having an inappropriate relationship with a female student.

Police started an investigation into the inappropriate relationship upon learning Self was sending sexual images and arranging to meet with the minor.

An Arkansas teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy who attends school in her district was charged with sexual assault, authorities say.

Chrystal Estelle Vega, 40, an educator in the Dardanelle School District, faces a felony first-degree sexual assault charge. Court documents show that a 16-year-old told police that he and Vega had sexual intercourse and that she had performed a sexual act on him at a city park.

The teen texted Vega while with police, and she texted back “about never getting to see her kids again” according to the documents. Surveillance video showed the teacher’s black Camaro at the park during the time the 16-year-old reported the crime.

Police spoke with Vega, who confirmed that she had a texting relationship with the student that had “crossed the line” and that she had met him at the park, documents show. She denied having sexual contact with the teen.

A teacher was fired after being arrested for soliciting sex from a minor and exhibition of obscene materials to minor child. Police confirm this is an active investigation involving at least three alleged victims.

Turner contacted victims through Instagram under the name "mr.sideburns29".

For years, high school baseball coach and social studies teacher Kim Minor, 60, made indecent comments to female students, complimenting their bodies, calling them beautiful and asking for sex while also handing out unsolicited hugs, according to police.

"He'd be on the second floor of the school and holler down and tell her how she looked beautiful, how she looked sexy and how, 'Maybe, one day I'll marry you,'" Police Chief Arthur Lawson said, quoting some of the unseemly and, apparently, illegal interactions with students.

Detectives jailed Minor on a misdemeanor count of prohibited sexual contact between an educator and a student involving a 17-year-old girl who accused him of grabbing her buttocks in his classroom.

Minor could face a felony charge if investigators identify additional victims. Lawson said there could be scores.

"We feel that there are other students out there who have just not come forward for different reasons," Lawson said.

A teacher is in jail after he allegedly asked a 13-year-old girl to send him explicit photos.

"A teacher was Snap-chatting a 13-year-old middle school student asking her for sexually explicit photos," said Lt. Jeff Watts.

Police say 24-year-old Seth Swaim also made plans to pick up the girl from a local park and take her back to his place alone.

But the girl’s parents contacted police. When Swaim arrived to pick the girl up, police picked him up and took him to jail.

We went to Swaim's apartment where a neighbor says it makes her uneasy since she has a little girl.

A teacher has been fired over what administrators said was inappropriate contact with a student.

School officials said they met with the accused teacher Nicole Souza immediately, and determined she had violated school policies. Administrators said the student had been placed in a short-term program.

Souza was arrested and charged with sale of liquor to a minor, sexual assault in the second degree and risk of injury to a child.

Souza is being held on a $50,000 bond and is set to appear in court on October 24.

A high school teacher who was arrested after being accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of improper relationship with a student.

Scott Riley Hall, 40, was released from jail on a $100,000 bond with conditions. Specific conditions for his release are to seek employment at a place that is not frequented by minors, surrender his passport, attend mental health counseling, not consume alcohol, have him location monitored and not have unsupervised contact with anyone under 18-years-old, along with some general release conditions.

A news release from the FBI says, "According to a criminal complaint filed in federal court, Scott Riley Hall, a teacher at Coronado High School, allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a 10th grade girl at her home. "

A teacher at a public elementary school is charged with raping a woman in his home.

Rudy Gonzalez, 47, has been placed on leave from his job at Shepherd Elementary School as he faces four charges, including second-degree rape and first-degree assault.

Court documents say the woman, who knew Gonzalez, met him and accompanied him to his home with the promise of learning English and getting help with citizenship.

The woman told police she was served “unidentified beverages” and passed out. She awakened the next day naked and in intense pain in Gonzalez’s bed. A medical exam at revealed that the woman had internal injuries that required surgery.
