COPS ARE STILL CLEANING UP AFTER UNIONIZED TEACHERS WHO REFUSE TO GO BACK TO WORK​

A high school teacher has been arrested on a charge of having a sexual relationship with a student.

According to the The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old Hayley Hallmark was arrested Friday evening on a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct with a student by an authority figure.

Hallmark is a teacher and coach at Ruckel Middle School in Niceville.

According the Sherriff’s Office, Hallmark is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student between August 2018 and August 2020.

OCSO Investigators say the victim was 15 when the relationship started.

Investigators say the relationship began with texts, and progressed to sexting, before leading to physical encounters at other locations.

Hallmark was taken into custody Friday evening before being transported to the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview.

A substitute teacher in Carroll County faces 20 counts child molestation after police were alerted by staffers.

investigators said they were called about allegations of misconduct by substitute teacher Amelia Ressler, 30, of Carrollton. The Carroll County Sheriff's office said video, taken by Ressler, showed her touching herself in front of her second grade class during school hours.

A Palm Beach County teacher is under arrest after police say he tried to have a sexual and romantic relationship with a student.

According to an arrest report, Israel Gonzalez, 56, teaches at Royal Palm Beach Community High School.

An 18-year-old student said Gonzalez, whom she calls "Chief," made inappropriate comments to her on Feb. 2 while the two were alone in a classroom.

"Gonzalez asked if she could keep a secret, and when she said yes, he asked if she would like to make out with him," the arrest report stated.

HE'S PROUD TO BE UNION​

A middle school teacher from New York City who traveled to Tampa to have sex with a minor he met online was arrested over the weekend, Florida officials said.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office say Zeshaan Naqvi, 31, flew to the Tampa area and had sex with a minor. They say he picked the victim up from their home and took them to a hotel room around 1:30 a.m.

Naqvi took the victim home a couple hours later, then returned around 1 p.m. to take the minor back to the hotel, officials said.

The sheriff's office said Naqvi was arrested at the hotel and admitted to officials he knew the victim was underage.

NYC's Department of Education said Naqvi has been reassigned from his position pending the outcome of the investigation.

THE UNION SHIELDED HIM FOR YEARS​

A teacher was charged with assault and child endangerment after being arrested in 2019, according to court records.

Daniel Egbert, who teaches science, was also arrested in 2020 on a criminal contempt charge.

Egbert, 45, was released without bail and had been in the classroom until this week.

"While the district does not comment on matters of personnel, please be advised that the teacher in question is currently absent from the classroom," Sachem Superintendent Christopher Pellettieri told Patch Thursday night.

Pellettieri did not respond to a question asking if the district had been aware of the charges against Egbert before this week.

The charges were filed in 2019, but the teacher was in the classroom until this week.

Egbert, who has taught for two decades, was arrested on April 19, 2019 and charged with second degree harassment, a violation. A Suffolk County grand jury later indicted Egbert on charges of assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief.

Egbert was arrested again on Jan. 27 and charged with second degree criminal contempt: disobeying a court order.

A teacher in southwest Louisiana has been arrested for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student, authorities said.

Brittany Greene, 28, of Grant, was arrested On three counts of prohibited sexual conduct between educator and student, and two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, The American Press reported.

Further details about the case, including the age and gender of the student involved in the allegations, have not been released.

EVEN THOUGH THE SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED, TEACHERS FIND WAYS TO LOVE YOUR KIDS​

A teacher was arrested Thursday after police say he solicited sexual activity from a minor in exchange for money, and obtained images depicting child sexual abuse.

Joshua Harwood, 36, of Manchester, who taught business at Concord High School, was arrested on several charges, including prostitution involving a child under the age of 18, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of prostitution/solicitation to commit sexual contact.

He has also been charged with two counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images, and possession of child sexual abuse images.

A teacher is facing charges after she allegedly had a sexual relationship with a teenage student, prosecutors announced Friday.

Kameelah Kareem, 41, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with second-degree counts of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to investigators, Kareem is alleged to have had an "inappropriate relationship" with a 15-year-old student she met while teaching at the Alternative School at Bookbinder during the 2019-2020 school year.

WHICH SCHOOLS DID HE INFEST FOR DECADES? ELEMENTARY, MY DEAR WATSON​

A Fairfax County teacher is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a young student more than 20 years ago.

The suspect – 51-year-old Marc Damon Cheaham of Woodbridge – has taught a wide number of schools since the sexual assault allegedly occurred, and police are concerned that there may have been additional victims.

According to investigators, Cheatham repeatedly forced himself sexually on a child repeatedly at Barden Elementary School in Fort Belvoir between 1993 and 1998.

They also accused him of producing obscene materials involving a minor.

A New Jersey middle school teacher was arrested for having sexual conversations with a boy he thought was 14-years-old, a report said.

Jesse Rosenbaum, 65 — who teaches science and special education at Long Branch Middle School — was charged with attempted endangering the welfare of a child for soliciting minors to engage in sex acts.

Rosenbaum was busted near his home in Manalapan after an undercover sting revealed he had sent sexually explicit messages to a person the thought was 14-years-old.

The person Rosenbaum was communicating with was an undercover cop in Mercer county.

Rosenbaum has been suspended from his job.

HIS PUNISHMENT? PROBATION​

The mother of a teen girl raped by a teacher in Westchester County said her daughter was “stripped of hope” by the creep, as she delivered an emotional statement at his sentencing.

John Fraioli, 35, was sentenced to 10 years of sex offender probation after admitting he sexually abused a 15-year-old student at New Rochelle High School in 2019, prosecutors said.

“You took full advantage of her vulnerability. You manipulated her. You used her. You preyed upon her,” the victim’s mom told Fraioli during the hearing.

“My only hope is that in time she will be able to overcome the abuse you inflicted. My biggest fear is that she may not.”

Prosecutors said Fraioli had sex with the student in the school building and at his home in White Plains.

HIS UNION PROTECTED HIM FOR OVER A DECADE​

A teacher has been arrested for rape-forcible fondling, by Fayetteville police.

Richard Forcht, 72, of Fayetteville, was booked on Wednesday, February 3, into the Washington County Detention Center. His bond is set at $15,000.

The victim is older than 14 years old but younger than 18, according to Washington County Prosecuting Attorney Matt Durrett.

The Rogers Public School is aware of the arrest.

The Bossier Sheriff’s Office in Benton, Louisiana confirmed to KNWA/FOX24 that Richard Forcht was in their custody on August 23, 2009, and bonded out the following day. Forcht, then 61, was a high school teacher when he was arrested for disturbing the peace and drug charges.

Police have teacher Brian Boyer in custody after allegations of misconduct.

Police arrested Boyer and charged him with attempted child solicitation.

The school corporation released a statement Friday, saying he was placed on administrative leave.

A teacher was arrested at Edmonson County High School in Kentucky this week after an investigation found he allegedly had an online conversation that was "sexual in nature" with a person he believed was a minor and asked for photos of them, authorities say.

U.S. Attorney Russell Coleman announced Thursday that William Oneal Lindsey, 28, of Brownsville, has been charged with attempted production of child pornography and attempted online enticement.
