Talking about mobile phones my provider kept hounding me after my contract ended. I want to a local office to check out new plans and I was told my plan was the best plan but it wasn't available anymore so the "Tecky" guy told me to just keep going on a monthly basis. I told the caller I had explained this to previous callers from the company. I explained I spoke in a quiet manner. I explained I yelled (raising my voice as I said that) HA! So, I've come to the conclusion there's nothing left to do but change companies. If I receive one more call I will cancel the service immediately without further explanation. And I would have but they haven't phoned back. That was about two months ago.
My original phone started to have problems so I went into the office and they changed the little card in the phone and put it in the "new" phone I received. No charge. I realized when folks change phones to update to the latest gadget I can get a great deal on a used one and just change the card so I don't have to sign a contract to get a phone or pay hundreds of dollars for one. I only use it as an emergency in case one of my old cars break down. When I'm out of the house and crusin' I don't want anyone calling me!
Anyway, that's my tale for the evening.
