Our story thus far:
This morning in Minneapolis, MN 37-year-old American born mother and local resident Renee Nicole Good was shot dead by an ICE officer during a protest of ICE vehicles moving through her area. www.pbs.org/newshour/show/state-city-leaders-clash-with-feds-after-deadly-ice-shooting-in-minneapolis
In less than 12 hours you had Kristi Noem and Trump making public statements that the ICE agents were defending themselves against an act an act of terrorism with intent to kill. Holman pontificates that "you ain't seen noth'in yet" with regards to increased ICE agents in "sanctuary cities".
However, WAY too many local eyewitnesses plus NUMEROUS video angles tell a much different story than the White House officials.
What's interesting is that in LESS THAN 12 HOURS the "crime scene" has been cleared away. Amazing, given the amount of time it would take for DHS forensic to show up and process the scene, for cops to interview witnesses, etc.
Now, since the inauguration of the second coming of Cheeto Jeezus, this whole push has been to put the Iron Heel (book by Jack London .... check it out sometime) to America. It started with Project For A New American Century and is now culminating with Project 2025. Once sufficiently cowed, corporate America effectively edits the Constitution to suit it's needs, with Congress and voting becoming a joke.
Now they needed an excuse for this .... declaring martial law to put down "insurrectionist" works if you have violent and/or fatal actions against the police directly. ICE throwing standards and rule of law out the window was thought to provoke such .... but it wasn't working. The deaths of 32 folk in ICE detainment centers were thought to do it, but that failed.
But now a WHITE FEMALE, US BORN CITIZEN has been killed via excessive force by ICE. THIS may be the final straw, because anyone on the fence sees that it's not just the non-white people anymore who are victims .... that simple protest is no longer just college folk losing their jobs or attendance, or protesters getting "detained" for several days.
Yes, this incident may actually get someone to shoot back. And given the piss poor hiring standards for ICE agents, that may come sooner that we think.
And remember all those folks arming themselves for fear of a "communist/fascist" government taking over, taking their guns and trashing the Constitution? Well, now that the guy they voted for is screwing them financially and threatening their lives, I wonder if they will join forces with the current government or instead join forces with the "liberals" and "colored folk" who have been warning them for years?
Yep, it's hot mess folks. But don't say nobody told you that it was coming.
