Democrats are overjoyed by how many seats Republicans lost in the House. Well, I got some bad news for them.

Ummm...your list there is a little out of date.

So far, Democrats have flipped a net 33 seats. There are currently 5 GOP-held seats that are being counted now. Democrats lead in 3 of them.

Dems got 35 now and more to come. It was bigly.

Democrats also won:

7 governorships
6 State Legislative chambers
6 more states with unified Democratic control
350+ state legislative seats (+ the 40 or so they've won since 2016).
Expanded Medicaid in 3 states
Higher minimum wage in 2 states
Legal pot in 4 states
Independent redistricting measures in 4 states (+ Ohio earlier this year for a total of 5)
At least 4 state AG's
At least 3 Secretary of States
Broke up Republican super-majorities in North Carolina, Ohio, and Missouri

Anyone saying this wasn't a Blue Wave is kidding themselves. Democratic wins in the upper Midwest and PA have put those states out of reach for Republicans. Did you see the Democrat's win in Michigan-Gov? Wasn't even close.

The real story is the Dems won the house. Why fixated on whether it is by 35 or 1. They have the power to investigate' issue subpoenas and the power of the purse. They have the power the founders wanted' checks and balances. That shoud have made you happy.

They even flipped the Texas State Board of Education

I don't give a shit what gender or color they are; I just want qualified candidates. Of course in loony leftist land, it's all about identity politics right snowflake?

You couldn't give a flying fuck about a candidates qualifications. The more of their right wing fanaticism the better it is for your kind.

Blue wave? We not only held on to the Senate, we gained a few seats. That's not a wave. Besides, the loony left will continue what they've been doing. Being a bunch of hateful obstructionists. I bet they even close down the Government at least once because they won't be able to get their budget passed. Something they condemned Republicans for a few years ago. Trump will be reelected, and there will be a red wave in 2020.

"My goal is to make Obama a one-term President" - Mitch McConnell
"Barack Obama was not born in the United States" - Donald Trump

Go fuck yourself.

The House passes the budget...so if a budget doesn't get signed into law, it's because of the Senate. Who controls the Senate? Oh right, you do.

Something they condemned Republicans for a few years ago.

You don't know how the budget process works, and you're just making shit up as you go.

Drumpf will be reelected, and there will be a red wave in 2020.

Like there was supposed to be a red wave this year? Wasn't there supposed to be this big #Walkaway? What happened there? Because turnout for Democrats reached levels not seen since 2006 & 2008.

Three states Trump carried that brought him to victory all voted Blue in 2018: Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan. Without those states, Trump can't win. And now NC, GA, and TX are battlegrounds thanks to Beto and Abrams, respectively. No Democratic states have moved to battlegrounds. In fact, the former battleground states VA, NM, CO, NV, NH are now firmly blue.

Obstruction? Can you say checks and balances? You hoping for a red tide?

Exactly how the fuck does the party that is not holding the house, the senate and executive obstruct anything? The Dems have been powerless. The Repugs just keep saying that, but it makes zero sense. Now rightys are doing their normal thing, trying to win by writing definitions in the sand. How many is a wave? One more than the Dems get as they keep getting more and more.
