Off the streets for what reason? If you are first time offender, you go to immigration court where there is a civil hearing, not a criminal one. Different rules. Rights are being respected.

They used to. In the last about 20 years, the ACLU has made a hard left turn and no longer does that. That's what all those articles I posted earlier are about.
