The Bright Side of Government Failure

Ron, you know as well as me that it doesn't take a government faiure to spur invention. But government can impede the free market advancement of ideas. Not sure what the avenue is here.

Mr Pritchard, who runs a water treatment business in Ipswich, was inspired after watching coverage of the tsunami in south-east Asia on Boxing Day 2004 and of Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana the following year.

The bright side of intelligence is that those who have it know that 'government failure" had absolutely nothing to do with this and they recognize disingenuous agenda driven bullshit when they see it.

Now where in the constitution does it say the government is responsible for providing clean drinking water to the citizens ?

Wierd. This thing was invented in one of those big-government, socialized healthcare, european countries that we are lectured impede the free market with their lefty socialism.

:cof1:

That's a cool invention! Great idea! Hopefully they keep selling like hotcakes and the price can come down for the poorer areas where it is most needed.

It was tongue in cheek in the first place, but apparently you guys don't read well.

He was amazed to see refugees waiting for days to get any fresh water.
