The woman, according to her personally makes use of a psychiatrist, indicating she has mental issues.

She according her own testimony admits that she never mentioned the name “Kavanaugh” to her psychiatrist while discussing her alleged attempted rape.

She cannot remember how she got from her swimming activities to the alleged party where the alleged attempted rape happened approximately 8 miles away according to the map where she identifies the approximate neighborhood of the alleged attempted rape. At age 15 she couldn’t drive herself.

She cannot remember what house in the neighborhood was the scene of the alleged attempted rape.

She cannot remember how she got from the house/scene of the alleged attempted rape to her home.

She identified 4 people that were in the bedroom of the house where the alleged attempted rape took place, then later said there were only 2 people aside from herself in the bedroom of the house where the alleged attempted rape took place, Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. Both men deny they were ever at the scene of the alleged attempted rape.

She identifies 2 other people that were at the party where the alleged attempted rape took place one male and another young girl that she claims as her best friend Ms. Keyser. Neither remember the party and Ms. Keyser say’s she doesn’t know Brett Kavanaugh.

Dr. Ford’s lawyers informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that Dr. Ford had a fear of flying and thereby would have to drive across country to testify against Judge Kavanaugh. Evidence uncovered by the Republicans on the judiciary Committee show that Dr. Ford was and is a frequent flyer, having flown to Hawaii for college, the east coast of America where she has relatives, and even to visit foreign countries.

Dr. Ford say’s she didn’t know that Senator Grassley, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee offered her the opportunity to have the Judiciary Committee fly to California where Dr. Ford lives to interview her and record her testimony either in a closed session, or a public session and the choice was hers. Her lawyer were informed by letter from Senator Grassley of such and Senator Grassley was on national TV informing the media and the public of the offer.

Dr. Ford say’s she didn’t know what day she took a polygraph or who paid for it. She thinks she took it on the same day of her grandmother’s funeral but wasn’t sure.

Democrat Senators on the Judiciary Committee believe that Brett Kavanaugh, Trump’s candidate for the Supreme Court attempted a rape of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford 37 years ago when she was 15 years old and Kavanaugh was 17 years old based on the facts above. Democrats are either woefully incompetent to be Senators in the United States Congress, or they’re evil low-life partisan garbage collectors and cesspool dwellers hell bent on deposing Judge Kavanaugh at any expense to his good name and mark his family and him with a most horrendous crime forever.

Any memory discussions have to include that her gaps are expected after over 30 years, but the real trauma is etched in her brain. Makes perfect sense that what house it took place in so long ago could be sketchy.
If you paid attehntion you would know her lawyers said they gave her a lie detector before they would take her case and the law firm paid for it. I guess Fox Gnus missed it. That is what her lawyer said in a news conference before her testimony.
She identified 4 people at the party but only 2 forced her into the bedroom. Do you pay any attention at all?

how did she get to the party from dive practice....and how did she get home? I think we'll eventually find out the "trauma" had nothing to do with Brett Kavavaugh in real life....

The case against Ford's testimony:

In the legal context, here is my bottom line: A “he said, she said” case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that. Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them. For the reasons discussed below, I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the Committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard.

Dr. Ford has no memory of key details of the night in question—details that could help corroborate her account.

• She does not remember who invited her to the party or how she heard about it.

• She does not remember how she got to the party.

• She does not remember in what house the assault allegedly took place or where that house was located with any specificity.

• Perhaps most importantly, she does not remember how she got from the party back to her house.​
o Her inability to remember this detail raises significant questions.
o She told the Washington Post that the party took place near the Columbia Country Club. The Club is more than 7 miles from her childhood home as the crow flies, and she testified that it was a roughly 20-minute drive from her childhood home.
o She also agreed for the first time in her testimony that she was driven somewhere that night, either to the party or from the party or both.
o Dr. Ford was able to describe hiding in the bathroom, locking the door, and subsequently exiting the house. She also described wanting to make sure that she did not look like she had been attacked.
o But she has no memory of who drove her or when. Nor has anyone come forward to identify him or herself as the driver.
o Given that this all took place before cell phones, arranging a ride home would not have been easy. Indeed, she stated that she ran out of the house after coming downstairs and did not state that she made a phone call from the house before she did, or that she called anyone else thereafter.​

• She does, however, remember small, distinct details from the party unrelated to the assault. For example, she testified that she had exactly one beer at the party and was taking no medication at the time of the alleged assault.​

Dr. Ford’s account of the alleged assault has not been corroborated by anyone she identified as having attended—including her lifelong friend.

• Dr. Ford has named three people other than Judge Kavanaugh who attended the party— Mark Judge, Patrick “PJ” Smyth, and her lifelong friend Leland Keyser (née Ingham). Dr. Ford testified to the Committee that another boy attended the party, but that she could not remember his name. No others have come forward.

• All three named eyewitnesses have submitted statements to the Committee denying any memory of the party whatsoever. Most relevantly, in her first statement to the Committee, Ms. Keyser stated through counsel that, “imply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford.” In a subsequent statement to the Committee through counsel, Ms. Keyser said that “the simple and unchangeable truth is that she is unable to corroborate [Dr. Ford’s allegations] because she has no recollection of the incident in question.” ​


o Moreover, Dr. Ford testified that her friend Leland, apparently the only other girl at the party, did not follow up with Dr. Ford after the party to ask why she had suddenly disappeared.​

I think we would find out that he abused her. He is just that way.He abused Klobachar in front of millions acting like an imature and aggressive bully. I don't want a horrible person like him on any bemch.

Then why didn't she ever mention Brett's name at her sessions with her shrink? Why does nobody but her remember the beer party, the house or the time and location and her best girlfriend witness doesn't even know Brett?

Then why didn't she "remember" that? She couldn't even remember what day she took the test. It wasn't 27 years ago it was very recently. Let's see your excuse for that.

The testimony from her I remember was reveled that "FIRST" she said there were 4 people in the bedroom, then recanted that later and said there were only 2 people in the bedroom.

Tell me why if she doesn't and didn't want to make the attempted rape a political issue, but she reported it to a politician instead of a lawyer and the Maryland police?

Your problem sir is you know as well as I that she and her Democrat handlers can't take her accusations to the police in Maryland WHERE THERE IS NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS on sexual assault because her case is so weak no prosecutor will ever take it to prosecution. Yet you insist on destroying a man and his family's life forever in a fallacious trial of public opinion without a smidgen of corroborated evidence and or due process. You can't get any more low-life than that. What Democrats have done to the Kavanaugh family with political scum-ery should happen to every Democrat that perpetrated it and everybody that promotes it.
