Imagine if a large portion of the internet community was shut down by a foreign power and a rumor was started OUR government did it. That could lead to riots.

i wish the prefix "cyber" would stop being used. cyberspace, cyberwar, cybercrime, it's not 1994. Now if you'll excuse me, I still have some surfing to do on the information superhighway.
