1. First Amendment:
Allows "freedom of religion" - there should be no "freedom" of religion, only 1 national church which supports the fascist state with mandatory membership and church attendance - all other church and religions should be burned or destroyed; heresy or apostasy should be punished the same as treason.
There should be no "frees peach" or "free press" for subversives and traitors, only 1 national, state-run media which supports the fascist cause, all other media and bastions of wrongthink should be wiped out, all "speech" and expression should be pre-approved by fascist dogma (e.x. degenerate sodomite or pedophile "pride" rallies would be banned and the degenerates in question would be sentenced to death)..
The only right to assemble should be in support of the fascist state, counter-protests should be subverted with martial law and lethal force if necessary.
2. Second Amendment
Gun ownership should be banned except for approved members of the national party (e.x. the death rates in Chicago, for example, show what the evils of allowing negros to own guns are) - guns give subversives and traitors an opportunity to rebel against the fascist state, or subvert evolution's natural order (e.x. a degenerate woman with a gun who naturally deserves rape now has an opportunity to resist her rapist' rather than letting the rape take its natural course and possibly bear her child as evolution would ordinarily mandate).
3. Third Amendment
The military or state-police should be allowed to confiscate or enter any and all "private property" if it serves the interest of the fascist state, warrants should be eliminated.
5. Fifth Amendment
The fascist state should be allowed to arrest and hold suspected traitors or subversives indefinitely without trial (there should be no need for any "PATRIOT" act).
10. Tenth Amendment
The federal fascist state should be allowed to subvert the "rights" of the individual states at any time - for example, the state of Massachusetts allowed degenerates and sodomites to marry prior to any national Amendment; ideally a fascist federal state should have simply been able to ignore this, and have sodomites, transgenders, and other untermensch sent to concentration camps, rather than allow degenerate, liberal notions of "rights" to subvert evolution's natural course of weeding out defectives and preserving the fitness of the race.
