Oh Jesus that was just fucking amazing, thanks for that. Stuff the miserable sods that couldn't even be arsed to leave a comment. I have lost count of the number of meetings I used to attend that were full of bullshit like that.
Just draw the lines one on top of the next. In that way all 7 could be perpendicular... as for them all being red when drawn with green ink or transparent... that's more problematic.
I've been in business meetings like this one though.
We need to port the lines from another company, but leave them in their switch so that calls can be made using extensions but outside calls come over the network. Me: We can't do that, it is illegal for us to have lines that belong to another carrier residing on our network. Them: Why? **heavy sigh**.... But they wouldn't be on their network, we'd port them!... Me: If we do that it would then be illegal for the other carrier to route calls on their network using the same tns....
I could go on... It gets painful sometimes.
