The state is going to stack the jury with trump-haters and no one will be able to expose that. This is a free speech issue. The public has a right to know who these jurors are.

sep 25 2023 A judge granted Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' request to restrict identifying information about jurors in the Georgia election interference case, a new court filing shows.

In a two-page order Monday, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee imposed strict limits regarding the identities of jurors involved in any trial in the case against former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants.

The court’s standing rules restrict using photographic or electronic equipment without a judge’s consent. McAfee’s order offers additional protections by prohibiting drawing in an identifiable manner or otherwise recording images, statements or conversations of jurors or prospective jurors.

He further ordered that jurors and prospective jurors be identified only by their numbers in court filings while the trial is pending, and he prohibited disclosing juror information that would reveal their identities, including names, addresses, telephone numbers or identifying employment information.

No - it's not standard at all and it's wrong in all cases and esp so here. The state is gonna make sure all the jurors are welfare-trash democrats.

Good. trump can't sick his nazi army on the jurors and intimidate them. They're not trump haters - they're ordinary people who can't afford to hire security people to protect them from the trumptard goose-steppers.

Do you know how jury selection works? The defense has an equal say during the voir dire process as does the prosecution.

You just want the jurors to be intimidated should they not rule the way you want.

The defense doesn't know who the jurors are . But many people in the community do, and if the juror names are given out, those people will come forth and say "I know that bitch; she's a radical left wing loon."
