The Republican Party has removed a page from its website that praised former President Donald Trump's peace deal with the Taliban and bid to withdraw US forces from Afghanistan.

The webpage, which was first posted on the Republican National Committee's website during last year's presidential election, had hailed Trump's foreign policy achievements. An archived version of the page can be found here.

WOW ... You make me proud. I have never looked at the GOP page you mention. If it wasn't for you I would never have known about it, much less care. So that site is doing its job ... it keeps you focused and informed.

Its not so quiet any more as in loud and clear what these GOPer and treasonous tRump kissers were up to.

I posted this on another thread, it deserves to be repeated for the teabaggers (www.teaparty.org) who have selective amnesia.

Not only that but Dotard the "great negotiator", agreed to let 5000 Taliban prisoners held in Afghan prisons to be released.

March 26 2020
An official at Bagram said 525 men were to be released but he spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to speak to the media.

No number was given for how many prisoners would be released from Pul-e-Charkhi.

In a tweet late Tuesday, Taliban political spokesman Suhail Shaheen in Doha said the insurgent group planned to release “a remarkable number” of government prisoners. He called the Afghan government's release of 900 “good progress.”

The prisoner release is part of the U.S. deal with the Taliban, signed on Feb. 29, to allow for the eventual withdrawal of U.S. and NATO troops from Afghanistan, bringing to an end the country's protracted war and America’s longest military involvement.

Under the deal, Kabul is to release 5,000 Taliban prisoners while the insurgents are to free 1,000 captives, mostly government officials and Afghan forces, before intra-Afghan negotiations can begin.

Teabaggers (www.teaparty.org) wanted to impeach Obama for letting prisoners out Guantanamo Bay.

Then, there is Dotard, himself.

122 vicious prisoners, released by the Obama Administration from Gitmo, have returned to the battlefield. Just another terrible decision!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 7, 2017

Of course, Dotard blames Obama and includes 113 prisoners that GW Bush released.
