This way those of right-think and patriotism are encouraged to defend the state, whilst subversive, illiterate, or other undesirable groups, such as uneducated negroes, and those of heretical or treasonous thought or views are denied any right to own a gun or defend themselves at all, so that they'll be rightfully subverted to the ruling party, religion, and state whether they like it or not.
