The thing that is kinda creepy though, is this aversion to condoms. I can't speak for women, but I would imagine 90% of the female performers would prefer to use condoms, but the industry pressures them not too. Which is sorta creepy when you think about it.

Testing doesn't prevent STDs. It's not a guarantee. It just reduces the risk, as far as I know.
