Judge has to be careful as the statute of limitations may not be up on this crime, attempted rape. So he'll forget his name rank and serial number to protect his ass. Kavanaugh’s behavior during that hearing should dismiss anyone from a permanent seat on the highest court, a court that has become our legislative branch under a useless republican congress. But republicans know he'll vote for power and against American values and its people. And so it goes....

I'm trying to find one of them that claim an investigation is absolutely necessary that will go on record they will support Kavanaugh's confirmation WHEN an investigation shows nothing. Since none will do so, their calls for an investigation are meaningless. Their lack of willingness to go on record doing that means the entire situation stems around their hate for Trump.
Kavanaugh has presented himself as a 'Drunkard'. His reputation has already been sullied. More allegations of him being a loud mouthed sloppy drunk will come out. At some point, he will withdraw.
The Federalist Society has more clone-like candidates waiting in the wings, there's more like him just waiting for their chance.
