The left behind :(

So far more than 100 people have been arrested in connection with the Jan 6 attack on Congress, including:

Timothy Hale-Cusanelli, naval contractor.

Derrick Evans, state congressman, WV.

Lt Col Larry Rendall Brock, USAF (rtd).

Tim Gionet, youtuber and neo-Nazi.

Jacob Fracker, police officer, VA (also corporal in the Virginia National Guard).

Robert Sanford, retired firefighter (allegedly attacked Capitol Police with fire extinguisher).

Thomas Robertson, police officer, VA.

Christine Priola, school occupational therapist and QAnon believer.

Andrew Williams, firefighter (his lawyer said President Trump encouraged 'despicable behavior' but his client took no part in it).

Jeffrey Sabol, geophysicist.

Jennifer Gugger, police detective and background checker for police recruits,. Another QAnon believer.

Donald John Trump, stable genius.

(The last two have not yet been arrested.)

And, what were they charged with?

Trespass? Illegal entry?

or, as the hysterical Left claims...

Treason?
Insurrection?

I'm betting the former as misdemeanors rather than the later as capital crimes and felonies.

You are too cowardly to explicitly support the violent attack on Congress.

Try answering the question rather than resorting to a Type 1 Leftist response of changing the subject. I await your ad hominem...

It varies. The ones guilty of murder and/or assaulting police officers will do a few years. I'm guess LTC Brock will do at least 6-18 months depending upon how many insurrectionists he gives up. Someone planned this little party and they're the ones who will go to jail for all the crimes committed.

I seriously doubt it. Federal prosecutors want a conviction, not a long drawn out and expensive trial. They'll plea deal everything down to something the accused will accept and get that plea agreement. There'll be little if any, attempt to get people to cough up evidence on other. Why? Because in this case, the use of one person--still being convicted--to produce any viable evidence against another other than what amounts to almost hearsay is going to be difficult to obtain.

They'll take the quick misdemeanor or two over trying to convince a jury as much as a year or more from now that the person was somehow guilty of a major felony.

You keep doing wishful thinking here. Oh, nobody in that group is going to be tried for treason or insurrection either. NOBODY.

Agreed, which is why so many will plead out. If you had to go to prison at your age, wouldn't you prefer 2 years or even 1 year rather than risking life for a police officer murder conviction at trial?

Yep, if they had been marching with the BLM, looting, burning and assaulting police, they would get away scott free.

Try to be less of a dishonest moron and hack.
:palm:

So we now have thousands of Cult insurrectionists about to be arrested for their terrorist attack on our Capitol and lawmakers? Excellent.

No what you have is a battle on 2 fronts. You have antifa burning seattle saying they don't want biden either and another group who are tired of leftists. I don't agree with what they did but what I can't fathom is how obtuse the left is to the mpact they have on other people. You don't labor under the delusion that nothing the left says incites people do you?
