The Left's Distortion on Charlie Crist

Last night I heard Bill Maher and assorted idiots (in this case, Bill is right more often than not) claim that Crist was the victim of a purity test. The argument is, that because Crist is not in lock-step agreement with the party platform he is being purged. This is nonsense.

Crist is being beaten by Rubio in the primary and is looking for a lifeline in continuing his employment as a parasite on the state. Why is he being beaten by Rubio? I am sure some of it is based on policy but it is primarily because of an anti-establishment backlash taking place throughout the party. Crist was viewed as the establishment candidate. This is not to say Rubio is a genuine anti establishment candidate but he is perceived to be one.

What is being purged is the type of Republican that brought the party down. Those primarily concerned with reelection and holding power. These are the corrupt.

Rand Paul is doing quite well in Kentucky based on similar sentiments in the voters and he disagree with the party on many issues.

The left is just full shit on Charlie Crist and what this development is about. I honestly think they are going to be used to lead the grassroots uprising back into the fold for the party elite. Unless that is what they want.

I don't quite understand what your trying to say in this last part---but I can see you see what is going on with the rest from above it.

Who do you think is being used, and what grassroots uprising do you refer to--and which elitist party do you mean in that statement?

I clearly see Crist as a porgressive politician--who could not make it in the free market he helps destroy.
