Most pedos are straight as Mason indicated. Many are married and have children of their own that they do not touch. They prefer OP kids. By all accounts most of them love their own children. They're just perverts with yours. There is no cure or mental program to fix them. Just prison. I'm good with that as long as the sentence is life.
