The "resistance" that a senior administration official described in a New York Times op-ed on Thursday has been alive and well since the early days of President Donald Trump's term in office.

Dozens of officials in Trump's administration, including Cabinet members, West Wing officials and other senior officials across federal agencies, have repeatedly stepped in to keep Trump's most impulsive and reckless decisions (in their words) from ever seeing the light of day.

Latest Trump speech included Japan. He said we have great relations with them now but it will not be so great when he tells them how much money he wants from them. The retard thinks he can fix the trade balance with threats. The genius of finance has a 10 percent increase in the trade balance to deal with. His negotiation skills are so good.

what evidence can be produced to show that the Times is above such a scam? Of what actual value is anonymous drivel? Even a leftwing judge would laugh it out of his court.

Making shit up again. The editorial was accurate and alarming. The Times is a highly respected newspaper. Trump is Trump. We know how incompetent and sick he is.

Does it bother you that Trump is trying to use the Justice Dept. as his own personal secret police, and force the NYT to divulge the author's name so that they can be arrested and punished.... for exercising their 1st Amendment right to speech?

it would bother him if Obama did it or any other president. If Trump does it, it is OK. What Trump does that in unprecedented and wrong, does not matter to Trumplestilskins. You are aguing against a religion. The brain is shut off and belief cannot hear. it just goes on believing against all evidence .
