The human degradation of the me generation which includes filthy disgusting language and the F word in at least every other sentence, a complete lack of manners, total disregard for human life that compares human infants as having no more significant value than a littler of mice, nihilism and moral relativism replacing commitment and sacrifice as their own value system of a continuation of the baby boomer element of the first self serving seekers but certainly aren't any improvement over that generation's teachings and influence. Quite the contrary, they are not only an extension of them but also it's aftermath in worsening degrees.

The modern Romans and their decayed culture are the overseers of the implosion of their empire which was once made into such by greedy men transforming the country from a republic and now they remain the caretakers in that empire overwhelmed in debt with a military far exceeding it's constitutional boundaries all over the world. The me generation is about to bring forth an entire generation not yet born into civil slavery and their nihilist narcissism cares not for them but only for themselves and they will be the first generation of Americans who did nothing to preserve any semblance of liberty and to pass it on to the following generation. All of this began in earnest in the late 1960's and became established in the seventies with the takeover of the universities by leftist radicals at the time who rejected the value system of the middle class and replaced it with their own. This current chapter of Americans are it's result, creation, and conclusion.

See PR, I agree with so much of this as I am sure you do too...or you wouldn't have posted it. You reap what you sow...that's the way things are. I probably agree with a lot of the same stuff you do. I tend to focus on areas where I can agree with people instead of magnifying areas of disagreement to no avail. For instance, there is a thread that has gone toward atheists/Christians...the one about people leaving "the church." I posted a quick quip and quote to show how I feel and then stepped aside. I could argue my side of things on that thread as well as they until the cows come home but it would do no good other than to deepen the divide between people.

Ya, as if kids today are much happier with the liberals. The comment I hear most often is "Same shit different color."

Currently your generation is on pace to be more 'gimme gimme gimme' than the baby boomers were... so, no... your generation is currently a huge part of the problem.

Umm no, no we are not. Perhaps the very tail of my generation is, but by and large no.
