If it were discovered that Maddow had a lawyer on as an expert in politics, but did not say he was her lawyer, she would have been taken off the air. They would have investigated her and perhaps fired her. News stations do not permit that. Fox is not news. It is propaganda. Cohen was on 10 times and Hannity did not mention it. He also has Sekulow on in the same capacity and missed mentioning he was also his lawyer. Different rules for Fox. But Ailes admitted in court that Fox is an entertainment station.
