If I'm reading this correctly...

The US government received total revenue (all taxes, fees, and tariffs) of $454 billion.

The US government paid $140 billion in interest on the national debt.

31% of all government revenue was consumed by interest payments on the debt.

It looks worse than that to me if FICA revenue was included.

If I deduct the Social Security and Unemployment Insurance revenue income, the US government took in $317 billion in revenue and paid $140 billion in interest on the national debt.

That would mean that about 44% of all revenue went to interest.
