Really stinky!!!
Most people were actually very sympathetic on the local TV website forum when this happened. Everyone figured he must have really, really needed to go or there's no way he'd do something so crazy. I'm glad to hear he didn't lose his job over something so minor. I was bugged by the reaction of the person who felt the need to make it a big deal. 99% of us would have seen the guy squatting, and understood instantly that he was having an emergency evacuation and we would have left it at that.
Unfortunately for Portland, the population here is a bunch bootlickers who call the authorities over minor shit!
