Mass numbers? There's a max of like 10K people per year the program can allow in and they don't all come from China. How is that mass numbers to you? (unless you want zero immigration and any amount is a 'mass number')

EB-5 doesn't restrict it to only Chinese, but it does favor Chinese.
The Chinese were already coming here in mass numbers. EB-5 makes it even easier for them to do so, which is what I said.
 
Republicans are big business & Democrats are Globalists.

They might not agree on much, but they most certainly do agree on mega profits off of multicultural immigration.

But, I was just wondering if those that want to 'sell' Citizenship based on Money would support deporting Americans with a 'Poverty Income'.

I think that's kinda splitting hairs. The point is that this is causing even higher rates of Chinese immigration, despite the whole America First thing.
