Yes, there would still be a need. "Medicaid is the United States health program for certain people and families with low incomes and resources. It is a means-tested program..." There are people who can not afford certain treatment AND they do not qualify for Medicaid. What happens to them? Or, does an individual have to liquidate all their assets and become impoverished before qualifying?

While the poor require access to medical care the middle class require medical care without suffering great financial loss. As Obama said there is no reason for bankruptcy due to the cost of medical care.

Anything other than a one payer system comes up short.

He posits the world is run by the Reptilians. A quick overview 12:20 - 13:45. In 1945 Gnostic writings were discovered in Egypt. ( Gnostic: a member of any of certain sects among the early Christians who claimed to have superior knowledge of spiritual matters, and explained the world as created by powers or agencies arising as emanations from the Godhead.

Some helpful hints:
1. The tea party has held a protest here in Ft. Lauderdale every weekend for the past 3 years or so. They're against a police state too. Join the tea party and protest your ass off! The cops never bother them, either. Bonus!
2. I don't let this get around much. It's kind of a "secret weapon" against the facists:
UNLIKE MOST POLICE STATES, YOU CAN ACTUALLY LEAVE THE UNITED STATES IF YOU WANT!!!(Shhhhhhhh!!)
3. Arm yourself. Pledge your life, your fortune, and your sacred honor in your fight against tyranny. Protesting is for pussies!(This has actually been tried, you know. back in the 1700s!)
4. Do you see the irony here? You're whining about a "police state" that wouldn't let you whine about it if you really WERE in a police state. You're bitching that there is no "mass opposition" to the "police state" but as usual, you just complain about this shit and offer no solutions. Which is really freakin' hilarious to me, because there really is no problem to solve. Why don't you just run along and download more leftwing propaganda cartoons from the internet. But listen for the knock on the door, that's when you'll know the police state is here.
5. One last tip: Talk to someone who actually lived under the boot of a police state. You might learn something.
