As far as I can tell, the DC shooter seemed to be properly vetted in every stage of his use by the CIA in Afghanistan and with his entry into the US.
As I read more, it appears when he arrived in this country under Biden’s program, and he rightfully was, that he was merely dumped. No followup.
He had no work authorization that I can tell, so he couldn’t really find employment. There were language barrier problems. Probably some PTSD, as well.
But if what I understand is correct, a lot of this shit goes on Biden and the programs that brought him here. There was no work visa, no followup for assisting in housing, employment or work training. Just appears to be “Welcome. Thanks for your help in Afghanistan. See ya’.
