This almost sounds like an endorsement of libertarians' idea of free speech. In fact it is a criticism.

Great description of how the Left operates. The Left regularly outlaws, shouts down, or otherwise limits free speech. They hate free speech.

Try going on any large social media platform and presenting conflicting views on a wide range of political or scientific topics that are in opposition to Leftist views. Say, give a POV that says Climate change is not manmade. See what happens. You'll be banned by the Leftists.

The University of California at Berkeley just banned any speaker that supports Israel. Pretty much shooting down free speech if you ask me. What happens when some really conservative speaker shows up at some university, assuming they can get invited? Riots? Massive protests? The Left hates free speech.

Again, nothing to do with free speech. UC Berkeley has no duty to allow every speaker a forum on campus.

They are a state run university--a government entity. They are constitutionally bound to allow any speaker on campus and give them an equal forum because they are a government entity.

The Constitution defines free speech in terms of the US government officially preventing something from being published, things like that. Nothing to do with commerce.

Berkeley is part of the University of California system, a series of state run and taxpayer paid for universities in California.

you need to include the right in that whole description as well. The number of republican politicians I talked to concerning open carry in TX is double digits. The number of republican politicians that understood what I was talking about I could count on one finger.
