I know. That's because there are about 200,000 Somali Muslims resident in Minnesota, Lot of them live in an nclave called "Dearborn. They all refuse to work (of course) and so they receive unemployment benefits from the state. Anyway, one day they decided that the amount of welfare they were getting was not enough to cover the harms they were being subjected to due to endemic, White, Systemic racism in Minnesota. So they sent a delegation to meet with Congresswoman, Ilhan Omar (D-MN), and, Governor Tim Waltz. They said to them if you don't sling us a few extra "Benjamins" in our weekly, Welfare cheques we're going to lunch a major "Jihad", run amok, and cut every Whitey ass-hole's head off.

The Governor and Ms Omar said that this request sounded perfectly reasonable .

So, that's how the "overpayment" came about.
