Word on the streets is that the President will be announcing a large removal of more troops from Afghanistan, push more gun safety, and propose stimulus.

"Add to the deficit" = 2 drink/s. (as in "won't add to the deficit")

It's pretty sad that a right wing icon and spokesperson has to be hidden from the world to see. But in this case, that's a good thing.
