There are only TWO people with first hand knowledge of what happened. Maybe the accusations are true and maybe they are not. What I find most interesting is that Miss Reade somehow managed to get into law school (subsequently failing the Bar exam) without ever having completed her undergraduate degree. Obviously, there were/are some serious credability issues that caused a very prominent Me Too attorney to drop her after only two weeks from accepting her as a client.

That said, our system of government is predicated on the assumption of "innocense" and not "guilt". Somehow, we have managed to let our extreme divisive political views erode our basic sense of justice and "right and wrong".

When we take the idealogical position that a bad party "x" candidate is better than a good party "y" candidate, then we are in fact promulgating the demise of our own democracy

She has no credibility since she has changed the story so often, that is why her story is ignored now. This one is over because of who she is.
 
I felt she should have a fair opportunity to be heard and her claims investigated. Enough time has now passed that I can reasonably conclude that she is lying. There's a reason her representation dropped her.

Funny I don't remember you on the left saying that when Christine Ford accused Justice Kavanaugh of rape. Why is that?

Because he did it. Ford was a believable witness who spoke in front of super hostile rightys. The rightys can't put Reade up to questioning because she cannot defend all the weird shit she said. She has a history of prevarication. Ford does not.

Childish rightys. Do you tire of silly name-calling. Ford was extremely believable. Reade is so bad, she cannot be brought out of the closet to testify. She is so bad, the party abandoned her, She gets no play except from those who cannot evaluate evidence or follow flawed stories into her circle of lies.

She did not accuse him of rape. You are repeating many inaccuracies about her testimony and the testimonies of others.

By a woman who lacks credibility. Trump has over 20 women who say he abused them. How's that for an abundance of accusations. He has one rape charge in court too.
Kavanaugh showed what he is and the blubbering baby was not emotionally qualified for the highest court. He was a terrible mistake we have to live with because the reds attacked Ford instead of offering evidence. Now Roberts is singling out Kavanaugh for snide remarks for his bad, bad decisions. Trump messed up the courts too. Everything he touches dies.

I really do not want to refer to you as an idiot, but for the 50th time, I am not a "lefty". Apparantly, you are simply another "chimp" that classifies everything as "black" or "white". Now, re-read my OP slowly and you can CLEARLY see that I made no assumption of the validity of her story. I did point out that she does have significant honesty and credability issues.
That said, if you can show where Miss Ford also fraudulently entered into a post graduate school, we can chat further.

If you notice, the "chimps" cannot debate or defend even ONE of tRump's positions or actions without either lying about or fabricating things to bolster their positions.
